Guests can cancel free of charge up to 2 days (48 hours) before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 2 days (48 hours) before arrival.
 
Non-refundable -Last minute bookings
 The guest will be charged the total price of the booking if cancelled at any time.

All Bookings/Reservations are paid for in advance

• Guests are required to provide a valid telephone number and email address for all bookings.

Childrenand Extra Beds
Children aged 0-12 stay for free.
Children from 13–17 years stay for 350 SEK including. breakfast per person and night when using an available extra bed in the same room. All types of extra beds or baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the property. Surcharges are not automatically included in the total cost and must be paid separately at check-in.
 
Pets
Pets are not allowed but exceptions can be made and must be confirmed by the property.
 
Long-term stay
 30+ nights (For Monthly Stays)
We accept bookings for stays up to 30 nights
Contact Villa Luna for bookings longer than 30 nights.

 

Cancellation Policy for Long-Term Stays:( 7 Days or More)
We value your business and strive to provide flexibility within reasonable limits. Please review our
cancellation policy for long-term stays below:

1. Definition of Long-Term Stay:
   A long-term stay is defined as any reservation for 7 consecutive days or longer.
2. Cancellation Window:
    Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the
   deposit.
    Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the
   deposit.
    Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 25% refund of the
   deposit.
    Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Deposit and Payment:
    A deposit of 10% of the total cost is required at the time of booking.
    The remaining balance is due 7 days before the check-in date.
4. Refund Policy:
    Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
    Non-refundable processing fee free.
5. Special Circumstances:
    In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), cancellations will be
   reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Modification Policy:
    Modifications to the reservation (dates, room type) can be made up to 14 days before check-
   in, subject to availability and room rates.
7. No-Show Policy:
    No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Important Information
Vandalism, Theft and Damages will be charged to guest and reported to the Police.
 Please inform Villa Luna Breakfast Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
